Ring the bells that still can ring.
Forget your perfect offering.
There is a crack in everything.
That is how the light gets in.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle manual therapy which developed from Osteopathy founded by Andrew Taylor Still at the end of the 19th century. Still's disciple and "father" of Craniosacral Therapy William Garner Sutherland noticed that cranial bones periodically move. So called "cranial waves" are a manifestation of human vitality. By reconnecting with them the body can rediscover its healthy, ideal state and recover from past traumas.
This gentle but profound therapeutic touch enables working on the physical, emotional or spiritual level as needed. Creating a healing space of profound stillness and relaxation allows the body to release tension and heal. The practitioner provides safe space where changes are encouraged to happen and always listens to the needs of the body. Each session is a unique encounter for both the practitioner and the client. All sessions are 90 minutes long and the client is fully dressed.

Bio
My first experience with Craniosacral Therapy was about fifteen years ago when I was able to heal from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Since then I have been regularly getting sessions. I gradually turned from receiving it into being a practitioner myself and helping others find their own path to vitality in the same way as I did.
The first training I completed was in in Craniosacral Osteopathy (French approach) in Prague, Czech Republic. When I moved from Europe to California I finished my 500-hours massage certification and decided to deepen my understanding of Craniosacral Therapy. I started studying Visionary Craniosacral Work® with Hugh Milne in spring of 2016. Taking his classes has become my dedication and teacher assisting them my greatest learning and passion. I have completed my training at the Milne Institute in June 2021.
Being a Craniosacral practitioner is for me about continuous deepening of my skills and being fully present with my clients. Being a tango dancer, also a passion of mine, is just a different perspective on the art of listening.
